Pool Pro really stands on customer service. Had a 24′ on ground pool and deck installed and couldn’t be happier with how we are working together to make it a great install. Deck crew hit a pretty big bump in the road with some unexpected grading work required but Herman and Jake were quick to find a solution and were here the next day to keep the crew moving. Alot of others would be down for a week until they could find a solution. Our whole family is happy we went with Pool Pro.

They helped us get a new pump this year and we had recently had a problem with it, (. Manufacturer defect). Someone was willing to stay late to meet up with me and exchange pumps and look after warranty for me!
